PBS / PVE notification Problem

wir haben Proxmox PVS und PBS in unserer Flotte ausgerollt, als vmware Ersatz.
Unsere Schiffe haben einen lokalen Mail Server an Board, der als Relay dient um die Mail schlußendlich zu versenden über den Hoster der Mail Domain

Wir haben die Notifikaton immer per per SMTP lokal auf dem Schiff eingestellt.



Die Zieladresse ist bei MS 365 gehosted

nun kommt es immer wieder zu dem Problem, das der Postfix auf PVE / PBS immer wieder versucht direkt mit Microsoft zu reden.

Wieso versucht Postfix direkt über das Internet die Mails zu versenden ?

passiert bei PVE 8.4x und PBS 3.4.x

Ist Euer interner Postfix/Mailserver auch so konfiguriert, dass er AUTH ohne TLS akzeptiert? Falls sich das beisst, versucht der pvesmtp.py es auf direktem Wege über DNS und landet dann bei O365.

der interne Mail Server akzptiert auch SMTP AUTH ohne TLS.
Der die Testmail funktioniert ohne Probleme aus dem GUI.

Und die Empfängeradresse steht da so wie im screenshot drin? itadmin@pve ist non-routable.
