Partition Question

First, thank you for developing this. It works perfect and does exactly what I need it to!

Question:

When you install, it gives half the drive to local storage and half to the system. The system only uses 1GB in reality, yet it has 40GB and my vm's have almost used up their 40GB! Can I change this? Would it be the partitions?
