OVS without IP to get access to proxmox dashboard

Hello.
I was playing around with the network and I set up an open virtual switch on my server but I forgot to setup an IP address to get access to proxmox web dashboard.

I'm working remotely and I have no physical access to the server.

I still having access to a virtual machine inside the proxmox and also I have the MAC address of the physical nic card on the server.

There's any way to get the access to proxmox web dashboard back?

Please post the network configuration, maybe the config will give us more information about the issue.
