OTP timezone

Hi I'm using Proxmox 3.4

My OTP work ok everytime I use it in my country, recently I have to go to another country with different timezone and have to disable OTP because I cannot login.

I use Authy under Android.

Does OTP calculation in proxmox include timezone ?
I test for other service such as dropbox and google it works ok no matter what the timezone I set in my android device.

I don't know this app but is thing it takes the wrong time.
Because normal you have to use GMT and this is on the hole world the same.
So there is no reason why it should not work.
Try FreeOTP this is from RedHead and works perfect.
