OS Completely crashed after adding new NIC

Hello world,

So, I am new to proxmox and today I just installed a second Network Card (NIC) on the hypervisor and now it just wont start, not even video output... I dont know what else to say, its literally just that.
I can still send pings. but no web is there

Update: After 8 minutes of just letting it do nothing it eventually started up. It seems that the change on the NICs just made proxmox go crazy and take ages to boot. It now fully works as expected.

After a couple of days, I just noticed this kept going like that, the service goes down for like 10-15 minutes, and then it goes up for a couple of hours. I tried removing the second NIC but the problem persisted. I have no way to know what is causing these issues. I have placed the second nic again inside the server and tried to propperly configure it, it works as expected but the service still goes down and up just like that with no real answer to why...

PINGING the server DOES answer back!
