OpenID w/ Entra 401

With a fresh install of 8.4.1, having 401 errors on Entra Auth.

Things are working perfect on an old 8.3.4 cluster same config-
In Troubleshooting i pointed the claim to email and that seems to have done nothing.
Looking for any input that might steer me.
