open-vswitch virtual lan with promiscuos mode support for MAC address spoofing

Hi.
I need to have a virtual lan with open-vswitch with promiscuous mode support
to have the availability of the MAC address spoofing for a specified application that works with massive broadcast messages.

De facto.. now i have create the virtual lan and the mac spoofing doesn't work.
