Only one disk that is seen by proxmox

I've just install proxmox on my server where there is 2 hard drive and proxmox is just seeing one how can I do to use the full capacity of the storage that is in my server

What type of storage did you use for the installation? Default Ext4 with LVM-Thin or ZFS...?
Do you see your second hard drive when you click on the Proxmox VE node and then on “Disks” in the middle menu?

I had the same question as I'm newbe to proxmox, but then realized that lvm is "logical volume manager" where multiple physical drives are "pooled" and look like one volume to the operating system.
