One of the nodes down means cluster down?

Hello, quick question:

I noticed that when one of my 2 nodes from a cluster is down i can't acces the web interface (even if one of the nodes is still up and running). Is it a general problem or a setting related one? It will be very useful to acces my web interface remote if one of the nodes is down to troubleshoot from other one.

Lots of threads on this forum about how a two-node cluster is problematic because it has no quorum: none of the nodes has more than 50% of the votes. Add a QDevice: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_corosync_external_vote_support
