One backup job to multiple nodes...

You're saying you do not want VMs to run on that node, correct? If you already have that set in the HA settings then that is what will happen.

Now, I'm not sure why you're saying you don't want the backup storage to be attached to that node, because, again, nothing will run on it anyway, so it does not matter if it's attached or not. It will not try to backup anything to the storage, because there's nothing back up to it. There is no harm in having this backup listed attached to that node, unless for some reason you're worried that someone will restore the VM to that node.
What I am saying is why I can select the nodes in the storage but not in the job backup?
I couldn't see no reason why not.

Okay, verify nodes is set to "All (No Restrictions)" on the PBS storage entry

Then on the backup job also set it to all

Since you have HA, those VMs will migrate node to node, so you shouldn't be limiting which node can backup what VM.

And since you have that ceph node excluded from the group for migration, the VMs will not be running or backing up from that node.

But that is not the point!
The point is: why on earth I cannot select more than one node right ther on Create: Backup Job -> General -> Node: ???

Forget it CEPH, HA groups etc... Why I cannot select more than on node??

But why would you say NODE1, and NODE2 can backup lets say VM3? By selecting nodes on the backup list you are effectively white listing which hosts can backup said VMs. The fact of the matter is you should be backing up the VMs you select REGARDLESS of which host it's on.

I can not select multiple nodes on the backup task

Thank you for sharing the video.

I had not noticed that exact behaviour before. I have checked on multiple clusters, and it does appear that you can only select one node or all nodes.

You will need to create one backup task for each node. It's not ideal, but it will achieve what you want to do.
