Old laptop - test mashine for Proxmox and ubuntu server

Hello,
I would like to install newest Proxmox(proxmox-ve_6.3-1.iso) at my old laptop. Unfortunatelly I am not able to boot it from USB stick. I used newest Etcher and Rufus, but still the same. It hangs on choosing boot media. My two new laptops starts with Proxmox so USB stick is made properly for UEFi boot, but fails for old BIOS.
What can I do about it?

Try to update BIOS, or you can install Debian Buster on your old laptop then install Proxmox VE on this Debian by following our wiki guide [0]
