NVME PCI Passthrough

Hi.

i have 2 Nvme drivers.

i want to attach one nvme drive to VM to gain perfomence.



i want to use "/dev/nvme1n1" and attach it to one VM.

but when i add PCI Passthrough, the system crash..

i read the docs, but i don't understand the issue







i also added to the grub:
intel_iommu=on iommu=pt"

and load the modules:



vfio
vfio_iommu_type1
vfio_pci
vfio_virqfd

Both NVME are in the same iommu group and so can't be given to a VM individually. Why do you think doing this will help performance? There is almost certainly lower-hanging fruit.
