Information:
I use a NUC14Pro with i226 as my homeserver.
The network performance was not very stable.
As usual the ASPM was the problem with stable 6.8.12-11.
I solved it by adding
crontab -e
@reboot echo 0 > /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:57:00.0/link/l1_aspm
Check the PCIe ID
In Bios all other aspm can still be active and save same power
