Just install Proxmox 5 and when I try to get a console for a running VM I get a failed to connect to server error

there should be a task for the console connection, could you post any error message which might be there?
also can you post a screenshot?

It just say task OK, but I get the can't connect see attachment. Also get the same noVNC error if I try get a shell on the PVE node

can you open the javscript console and post any error message from novnc there?

it seems your ssl configuration is wrong?

Hi,

Same thing here, but on one (and only one) node in a cluster of 3!

Javascript console says :

Failed when connecting: Failed to connect to server ( (code: 1006)) app.js:8037:21
$$$core$rfb$$RFB.prototype._fail https://px1-c.drsic31.sud.minint.fr:8006/novnc/app.js:8037:21
$$$core$rfb$$RFB/< https://px1-c.drsic31.sud.minint.fr:8006/novnc/app.js:7675:21
$$websock$$Websock.prototype.open/this._websocket.onclose< https://px1-c.drsic31.sud.minint.fr:8006/novnc/app.js:4711:17

or

NS_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED: app.js:4655
$$websock$$Websock.prototype.flush https://px1-c.drsic31.sud.minint.fr:8006/novnc/app.js:4655:17
$$$core$rfb$$RFB.messages.pointerEvent https://px1-c.drsic31.sud.minint.fr:8006/novnc/app.js:9006:13
$$$core$rfb$$RFB.prototype._handleMouseMove https://px1-c.drsic31.sud.minint.fr:8006/novnc/app.js:8168:13
bound self-hosted:917:17
$$input$devices$$Mouse.prototype._handleMouseMove https://px1-c.drsic31.sud.minint.fr:8006/novnc/app.js:4405:17
bound self-hosted:915:17

As soon as mouse move occurs in NoVNC console window.

Seems stable on any other node in cluster...

Any idea?

Thank you,

Christophe.
