Where do I found some documentation about Match Rulers in Notification configuration?
Those Match field, Node type, Values, and so on!

you can find the documentation for notifications in chapter 17 of the manual [0]. Since this feature has been released quite recently, the documentation is still being written at this time and will be updated shortly.
