Hi there

we recently (2 or 3 weeks ago) bought 2 support subscriptions for the mail gateway, we logged in to the customer portal many times successfully and even setup some accounts in there. However for the last few days we cant login, under any account or any device (have tried different networks / laptops and even a phone on its data connection)
The issue seems to be with the recaptcha, it just never seems to load (it does get the green tick however)

Are you aware of any issues / could we have some guidance ?

Hmm - Thanks for reaching out - it does not seem to be a general issue (since others can login and use the portals w/o any issues).

Which portal are you talking about exactly?
(my.proxmox.com, shop.proxmox.com,... ?)

Could you maybe share the public IPs with which you tried connecting ? (both IPv4 and IPv6 if applicable)
