Not getting emails from Proxmox?

Am I the only one who isn't getting emails from proxmox's shop? i don't get password reset emails or confirmations that i asked for sales support. checked my spam bucket, nothing. My account is there with the email address, I tried re-registering and it gave me an error that my email was already registered. Anyone else having this issue with the shop?

I received several e-mails in the recent weeks from the Proxmox shop. I did not receive an order confirmation from an electronics webshop recently (using the same email provider) that they nor I can explain (except that email is not guaranteed to be delivered in a timely manner or at all).
