Hi Proxmox Friends,
Here is my situation with external hard drive which contains OS images. Instead of copying these images to /var/lib/vz/template/iso i tried to point this external hard drive as secondary storage but it is not picking up.
mount /dev/sde1 /mnt/external_harddrive.
Now through the console --> storage --> Add directory (and added this as secondary drive)
Checked summary of the storage drive from "Storage List"
Enabled -- Yes
Active -- yes (first it was "no" when i rebooted proxmox it was "yes")
but not showing the size of the harddrive and not able to point it(point it in the sense not able to read files from the drive).
Can anyone please help me in resolving this issue.
