I tried both proxmox 8.1 and 8.21 isos burnt via balena etcher.
installation is always successful, pc reboots and loads to Proxomoc VE with ip address and port info
but no matter which pc and browser i use in my LAN - web UI is not accessible.
I tried some solutions from internet - checked port 8086 is listening - yes it does
restarted proxmod daemon and pve service via SSH - no result.
So Pc is accessible via SSH and thats it. reinstalled proxmox about 8 times with the same result.

PC is intel N100 cpu with 8gb ram 120gb ssd

help me to solve it please

If you run tcpdump port not ssh, do you see anything of your browser connection attempts?
Can a local browser (lynx, w3m) connect?

What's the output of
Bash:
systemctl status pve-cluster.service
root@pve:~# systemctl status pve-cluster.service
