No vzctl?

I have just done a fresh install of Proxmox and I have no vzctl or vzlist?

Am I missing something? I have done lots of googling but....

There are no OpenVZ in PVE 4.x.
If you search for the command line tool to mange LXC Containers then 'pct' is the command what you looking for.
