No such logical volume PVE/DATA (500)

Hey Proxmox community,

We are currently trialing Proxmox as our replacement for VMWare.

I am having a strange issue where the drive dissapears after the initial install.
We are using a Dell Me4 connected via SAS.

This is what the drives look like.


I think my issue might be coming from the duplication of the SAS mounts from the ME4.

lsblk looks like this.


df - h


lvscan and lvs shows nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was due to my storage configuration.
I am re-building the storage array now.
