I had a power outgage with my server (DELL T110II) and proxmox cannot boot any more:

Code:
Loading, please wait...
INIT: version 2.88 booting
Using makefile-style concurrent boot in runlevel S.
Starting the hotplug events dispatcher: udevd.
Synthesizing the initial hotplug events...done.
Waiting for /dev to be fully populated...done.
Activating swap...done.
Checking root file system...fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
/dev/mapper/pve-root: clean, 43098/6291456 files, 2848442/25165824 blocks done.
Loading kernel modules...done.
Cleaning up ifupdown...
Setting up networking...
Setting up LVM Volume Groups Reading all physical volumes. This may take a while...

Found volume group "pve" using metadata type lvm2
3 logical volume(s) in volume group "pve" now active

The system hangs and nothing else happens.

No idea of what to do. Please help.

Which version is this system?
(seems like it's not booting with systemd - and this was changed in PVE 4.x)?

Else - try editing the kernel-command line in grub (when in the grub screen hit 'e' and go to the 'linux' line and remove the 'quiet' at the end of the line
- That way you can see what the kernel is doing - maybe this can provide a hint of what is happening

Hope this helps!
