No ping from VM

Good morning forum, I would like so get some assistance if I may ask. You see, here in my job got tasked to set up FreePBX in a VM with Proxmox, I have set up this OS a lot but never inside a VM. I assign 2 vmbr to the VM as I need one for my local network (so the VoIP phones can connect to the PBX) and another one that my ISP sets up for me to connect to the SIP server.

When I setup the interface details inside the VM for the local network, it works fine. The web GUI of the pbx works fine, the phones connect well and all. But the moment I set up the interface to the ISP, the local one "stops" working. I can still ping the gateway of my local network, but nothing in my network can see the PBX anymore. And I can't also ping the gateway of my ISP SIP network as well.

I know for a fact that the port my ISP assigned works 'cuz they came here to confirm it and if I grab my laptop and configure the interface of it with the data of my ISP it does work, and when I use a test server that I have loaded with a standalone install of FreePBX it also works, so I'm at a loss here.

I will appreciate any help that you can provide me. Thanks.

You probably have two gateways set within one VM. But there can only be one.

And how do I decide which one to leave? I've always declared a gateway on each interface and let it figure it out, never had any issues before. (Sorry if it sounds unprofessional, lol)
