No network on a new virtual machine

I have a virtual machine with winXP and one ip, i have deleted it, and created a new virtual machine with windows server, and configured con windows server the new ip, if i make a ping to the gateway (main machine) works, if i try to make it to another ip dont work.

I dont know why now fails what can i do? i cant install anything on server because i dont have network but seems to be problem of the gateway that is no routing trafic incoming to that vm (i have other vm running fine on server).

I have reinstalled with a ner vid not used never and works now :S

I would like to install the driver previously downloaded to Windows XP here: http://proxmox.com/forum/showthread.php?p=10688#post10688 to Windows Server 2003 (what i'm running now) can you give me the url of the driver that i need to install to use e1000?
