No network and no PVE after update

hey!
I just update to 5 and having issue, i got no network on the server impossible to get vmbr up...
and no pve command working everythings is "bash command not found"
Can someone help me?

well actually, network disapear & proxmox too, hopefully i made backup...
i just gonna re-install the host...
