No network after switching network switch

After switching network switch, the proxmox server does not connect to the internet. Moreover, switching back to the original switch DOES NOT bring back the internet. All other computers connected to the same switch have internet (e.g., screenshot).

- I have tried to use dhcp - which does not work.

See pictures for more information (screenshot indicates another computer, on the same switch, with the same networking) .

How do I resolve this problem?

I have had the same issue before, and I do not wish to reinstall Proxmox, yet again, because of weird network problems.

Thanks

Seems like your interfaces are down for some reason.

Code:
ip link set dev eno1 up
ip link set dev vmbr0 up

Can you post the output of journalctl -u networking ? We might find some information there. Also, in the screenshot I don't see the commands - when did you run them? Did you reboot afterwards?

See attachments. Yeah I tried the code, and it did not affect the network access, so I restarted the computer, and still no effect (see also the pictures).

NO-CARRIER on eno1 mean that no cable is plugged on eno1 (or bad cable, or maybe switch port is shutdown).
That is very weird, because the same cable on the same switch has internet...
