No INternet/Network Connection.

Hey guys,
Please dont schock by my bad english, im from Austria

So, my Problem is, i have installed Proxmox 3.1 iso via USB Stick (very very tricky )

Now, my Server dont want to come on .
Ping doesnt work.
Ping to Gateway not work, i become a timeout.
Mainboard is a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P with the Networkadapter Realtek 8169

My interfaces and the ifconfig + route are under Attachments.



I hope anyone can help me, so im raged.

eth0 is missing in /etc/network/interfaces... should be there, since vmbr0 is configured to bridge it.

also is /etc/host right for hostname?

So, added eth0, then rebooting and the outputs in the attachments

I'm not sure but perhaps you should use a FQDN in hosts...

that ping output "sendmsg no buffer space available"... never seen, no guess...

is the network card supported?

who i can see? The Network card is a Realtek r8169 GBIT
