The physical machine model is Dell R720. During the installation process of the PVE 8.3 system, it was found that no disks could be detected. The physical machine has tried to create RAID and format the disks multiple times, but the installation still shows that no disks can be found. When trying to install the CentOS 7.6 system, the installation was normal, and only the installation of PVE 8.3 was abnormal. The specific error message is as follows:

Hi. In the picture I can't see any mention of disks than cannot be found.
The marked error is about mgag200 driver which is, AFAICS, graphics driver.

Does adding nomodeset to the kernel boot line help?

I’ve already tried adding the “nomodeset” parameter during the kernel startup, but the final result remains the same and it still doesn’t work.

Any specific reason for not using 9.0, or 8.4 if you must?
Have you tried booting either one of them, seeing if that fixes it?

Please also provide details about your hardware? Are you using hardware RAID? What RAID controller? etc.

I’ve already tried reinstalling the system with Proxmox VE (PVE) 9.0, but the system still fails to detect the disks. Even if I don’t configure RAID for my disks, the system still shows that no disks are found during the reinstallation process.
