I'd like to activate non-enterprise-subscription in two servers.

On one server, I suceeded with that. With the other server, however, I was less lucky.

What is the difference? I don't see it:

This seems like a minor display error, but the warning can be ignored here, if the possible shortcomings of using the pve-no-subscription repository are clear.

Hi,
you probably installed some third party scripts/tool. The message from the first screenshot does not originate from unpatched Proxmox VE software.
