No display after installation 8.3

Hello, I had proxmox VE working on a mini pc. Had it installed on one of the nvme disks. I had to make changes to whole home network and server setup so decided to go for a fresh new installation of Proxmox VE on the same device. installation was quick, however I get no display after reboot. I tried 3-4 times. I get the same outcome. I wonder what I must be doing wrong?

Any suggestions? what all can I debug?

Not sure what you mean by this. Physical attached monitor to the Mini PC shows nothing after install, but does show during initial boot/install?
Is the web-based GUI available on the NW?
Is your server pingable from the NW?
Can you SSH in to the Proxmox server?
