no DHCP for VM in test env?

Hello,

we have to test PVE to change in the future from an other solution.
Everything is working fine,... 3 nodes, cephFS with sync, bridges, bonds,.... but our test VMs, no matter if linux based or windows, gets no ip address by dhcp.
Our dhcp ist reachable by the network and is an windows server with ad + dhcp.
I guess the solution is simple, but i can not find it. :-(

you need to debug via tcpdump/wireshark dhcp requests/responses
