no content in messages from outlook.com

This morning (11/25/19) approx 9am EST all messages coming from domains hosted by outlook.com started having issues that presented as either no content in message or the attachment was damaged (pdf and png types). We are running the latest updates of PMG 6.0-9 with a subscription. On a normal day we receive 2000-3000 messages and send 500-600. Email server is Exchange 2010 running on Server 2008r2 with latest updates. Exchange DB size is 220GB.
Anyone else having issues receiving messages from outlook.com ?

hmm - that sounds odd indeed

please share parts of the (anonymized) mail.log

also please consider running a memcheck on your system.

I'll be happy to provide logs as requested.
But for this customer, after insuring that the OS & Exchange were updated and installing ESET Mail Security we tested messages from outlook.com bypassing PMG and resolved the problem. So PMG is out of the picture at this site.
