NFSv4 based storage

Simple question - Can Proxmox add NFSv4 storage under Datacenter, Storage, Add, NFS? I don't see anywhere to add username and password.

Proxmox integration with NFS is limited to mounting the specified export. There are no options in "mount" phase to provide username/password even with NFSv4.
You will need to setup all the parts of Kerberos auth if you would like to enhance security of your data:
