Hello, I am looking for some guidance. I have 4 SSD's. I would like to have one as the main boot drive and the other 3 combined as one drive so I can get maximum storage. Is this possible with Proxmox?

Proxmox VE is based on Debian GNU/Linux, so anything you can do there, it will be supported. If you are asking about GUI, I will let others provide better guidance, PVE does not really do mdadm [1] RAIDs, I do not know what kind of SSDs you are considering, but something tells me that striped pool of ZFS (which PVE will support out of the box) will be killing them.
