New installation on a VPS server

I'd like to install the promox pe on my vps server, which runs rocky Linux 9. If somebody could walk me through the installation process step by step, that would be a fantastic start.

Proxmox VE ships as a set of Debian packages and can be installed on top of a standard Debian installation.

I cannot access the interface with the ip address . And how can i know have the installation is done successfully
