[SOLVED] New install Windows 10 web console shutdown problem

Shutdown is given on the web console. 1 minute later "TASK ERROR: VM quit/powerdown failed - got timeout” It gives an error, the machine does not shut down.

Proxmox 6.3
installed Vm: default windows 10

Thanks for sharing the solution. A bit of explanation here. If the guest agent is enabled in the VMs options panel, PVE will try to send the shutdown commands via the agent. If it is not installed or not running inside the VM, those commands will not have any affect. If the guest agent setting in the VMs Options panel is disabled, PVE will send ACPI signals to the VM, similar to pressing the power button on your physical machine.
