Response from what to what? Its possible you had DHCP and now you set your IP to static and you used wrong subnet. There are probably 10 other possibilities. I highly doubt "trunked port" is one of them. But we cant say because you have not provided any details yet.Yeah I definitely got a response. I was running Ubuntu yesterday and didn't have any issues. Just seems weird.
