New hardware - potential issues?

Hello guys,

I have an option of buying a couple of servers at a large discount from a sister company.

And since I want them to run Proxmox I would be very grateful if you could glance over the hardware and point out any issues I might get when trying to run Proxmox:

Dell PowerEdge 2970, 2 x 6-core Opteron CPUs, 32 GB RAM, RAID 5 with 6 x 1 TB SAS drives (PERC 6/i).

Any issues I might face with RAID?
