a) bitte benutze einen Code block das nächste mal,

c) mhm, scheint nicht sonderlich viel infos zu geben ... das ist nicht so sonderlich gut.
Kannst du mal im BIOS Schaun, ob du die C-States deaktivieren kannst? (Cpu soll nicht mehr Takten) vllt. hilft das n bisschen, irgendwie hab ich das Gefühl, das deine CPU versucht in Standby/Sleep zu gehen und dabei crashed

Danke für die vielen Tipps.
Ich habe festgestellt, dass beim der VM mit docker der container grafana enterprise seit einiger Zeit wohl deaktiviert wurde.
Und jetzt in der VM mit pfSense festgestellt, dass sich ein Zusatz Paket erst deinstallieren lies als ich den proxy Eintrag vom lokalen Proxy rausgenommen habe. (Auf dem Server ist die VM mit pfSense Eingang und Ausgang vom WAN zum LAN und anderen VMs.)
 
Zum andren habe ich auch noch in einem anderen Post gelesen, dass openvpn die logs vollmüllen kann. OPENVPN ist auch noch installiert auf der pfSense

Hast du evtl. mal geschaut, ob dein RAM OK ist? Ich kann mir noch vorstellen, sobald du mal alles auf die aktuelle Version gebracht hast, (jegliche Firmware)) das du Hardwareseitig noch ein Problem haben könntest. Ganz sicher bin ich mir da aber auch nicht

Ok, ja update bitte mal alles das du kannst, und schau ob dein Problem weiterhin besteht.

Da sich hier in den Logs nichts eindeutiges rauslesen lässt, sind alles weitere nur noch Vermutungen.
Ein Mem-Test müsstest du auch mal machen.
