NetworkManager and Proxmox - winning

Hi,

I checked the forums and I saw that the struggle was real, so I made a dispatcher module that allows to run NetworkManager.
It can be useful if you want to run Proxmox on your Laptop, for example.
Tested on Debian bookworm.

Hello,

For the record, you can use most desktop environments without NetworkManager installed, so one could alternatively uninstall it.
