Networking issue with proxmox/debian (very noob user)

Hello I'm having an issue with proxmox #1 bridged networking isn't working only nat does #2 i'm unable to add extra adapters for more ip address etc and #3 i'm not sure how to port forward via iptables i tried iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i vmbr0 -p tcp --dport 4984 -j DNAT --to 10.0.2.15:22 but this didn't work i'm not sure if this is allowed but i wouldn't mind paying someone $20.00 to get everything setup and running to my liking
