Networking Issue Installing Proxmox VE 9 on PowerEdge R630

I'm running into a network issue with the latest version of Proxmox on my Dell PowerEdge server. The NIC shows network activity, but vmbr0 remains in a down state and doesn't pick up an internet connection.

I've done a fresh install of Proxmox using the default network configuration and assigned a static IP, but I still can't get connectivity working. I'm relatively new to Linux, so I might be missing something obvious.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
