Hi to all....
I discovered proxmox last week, it seems to be exactly what I was looking for in virtualization. However ..... I'm having trouble setting up the sort of networking I want.
Basically, I need to have a more complicated network than bridged.
I want to set-up a number of private networks (preferably with dhcp) and maybe one 'gateway' network which has access to the wider network. Then be able to add pipes from the gateway network to various private networks granting them internet access, as well as pipes between some of the private networks, allowing them to talk to each other.
I've been looking into using some of the virtual network technologies for this (openVSwitch or VDE) but networking is not my forte, I haven't a clue what I'm doing .....
Would anyone be able to give me some pointers on how to setup vlans like I've said or point me to some idiot guides?
