Hey everyone,

i would like to ask for some help.

Yesterday i updated my Proxmox VE to the Version 8.2.0 (Kernel 6.8.12-2-pve). Before i updated it, everything was working fine. But after this update it seems to me, that the network interfaces won't work.

While the System is rebooting, the LEDs of the port flash up and it looks good. But after Proxmox is startet, the link goes down. Does anyone have an idea, where the problem is located ?

The output of
> systemctl status networking.servive
>> it tells me, that the service is enabled and active

Interface
> The Interface are 4 Intel I226-V (rev 04)
> The SFP Interfaces are 2 Intel 82599ES

Allports are marked as down.

Thanks a lot.

Hey,

after some time i found a solution.

It seems the update was broken.

> I did a

dpkg --configure -a

apt-get dist-uprgade

after doing this the Kernel was updated to 6.8.12-5-pve and now the link of the interface came up.

Thanks

and now the link of the interface came up.
Great you solved it! Please tag this thread "Solved" by (re-) editing the first post. The "Title" has a drop-down menu for this.
