Ok, please go easy on me. I have been using Proxmox for a few months getting things squared away. We are a windows SMB Environment. I am doing testing on a poweredge r630. The issue is, reading (copying) large files from the D: Drive of the Server 2022 VM across the network to my desktop or another server sees lower than normal 1GB network speeds. Network is only 1GB. I am unable to do the full 1GB speed for copying (reading) from server to desktop. However if I send the large file to the server from my desktop (writing to server) I get full 1GB Speed.
Server spec.
I am testing using a 4GB file. This is being copied from the server to my desktop PC. If I copy from my desktop to the server I get full 1GB, but copying from server to desktop I get this.
Is this normal for a single disk pool? This is just testing. But the Live server Pool would be a ZFS RAIDZ2 with 4 Toshiba 4TB Spinners. And I'm afraid it could be slower than the SSD, but maybe not? Am I overthinking it? Did I miss anything in the setup?

I've created a Windows 2022 VM on the ZFS mirror using Micron 5300 MAX SSD's. And then created a ZFS with 1 disk on a Micron 5400 MAX for the servers "storage". Which is virtio2. I would like to comment, these are NEW disks. 0% wear and little uptime.pool: ServerStore
