network traffic over ceph affect app net

I have a isolate net for ceph, a 10G switch and a 10G nic every node.
but the network traffice in Proxmox GUI grow to 40M+ after I started a OSD, It even been 100M+ at the last time.
The network traffice in Proxmox GUI down to nornal after ceph health_OK.
why the traffice will affect the app net?
 
When you setup CEPH did you set the isolated network for CEPH (
pveceph init --network 10.10.10.0/24)

10.10.10.0/24 being the 10G network.
