Hello,
I have 4 nodes with storage coonected by LAG (bond) Interface.
When I startup any of my node all VM's says that cannot start beuse disk doenot exist. After about 30 s. storage connect to Nodes and vm's start succesfull, but i need to do it manual.

Is it possible to configure some global timeout?

On PVE 5 you can add your storage to the systemd pve-storage.target and on PVE4 you need to edit pve-ha-lrm.service & pve-manager.service. Also you may look into tweaking your bond, I presume you are using LACP.

Code:
lacp_rate

Option specifying the rate in which we'll ask our link partner
to transmit LACPDU packets in 802.3ad mode. Possible values
    are:

    slow or 0
Request partner to transmit LACPDUs every 30 seconds

    fast or 1
Request partner to transmit LACPDUs every 1 second

    The default is slow.
