Hi,

I'd like to create a windows vps but couldn't figure out connection.

When i create a Windows VPS, network adapter doesn't appear on Windows VPS, so naturally i can't access VPS online.

Interface configure as seen below. How can i add IP or will make it detect network.

Note:
Server Dell R200

Thanks,

Hi, just to add a brief comment:

The JPG shown at the URL,

is typical and expected config for physical interface and bridged config on the ProxVE physical host server. You shouldn't expect to see additional virtual interfaces listed here (ie, associated with virtual machines). ie, this view won't change as you add and remove VM's (either KVM or OpenVZ based); this view isn't intended to report on all virtualized network interfaces. (I believe..)

Rather, if you have a KVM based virtual machine,

- take note of what hardware you assigned at VM creation time - typically a realtek or possibly an e1000 NIC; usually only one interface by default I think.
- this interface will be presented to the guest VM regardless of the guest OS
- you must then manually configure the virtual interface appropriately, as if it were a regular physical server. This means either providing appropriate static IP config info to the guest OS, or, if your environment has an appropriately configured DHCP server - then DHCP requests broadcast from the guest VM will be picked up, assuming it is on the same network segment as the virtual network 'bridge' from ProxVE.

If you wish to, you can add or change NIC hardware presented to the Guest VM within a KVM virtual environment after the initial setup; but this does require you enter the ProxVE/VNC web-based-console (ie, not via network management via RDP or SSH for example) in order to reconfigure networking to restore network access / remote management.

I hope this helps clarify / makes sense.
