Network problem R8169

Just wanted to make aware of article https://medium.com/@pattapongj/how-...and-encountering-the-r8169-error-d2e322cc26ed. I have the exact same problem on a RTL8125 after updating from PVE 7 to PVE 8.

Any idea on how to apply this fix without internet and having to download all dependencies 1 by 1 to USB?

Temporarily use another PCI(e) or USB ethernet connection? Temporarily put the Proxmox installation drive into another system (with another ethernet connection)? Temporarily setup WiFi (if available on the system)? Temporarily connect a Android mobile phone via USB?
