Network performance: VPS with 8 network queue or LXC ?

To reach maximum performance for live streaming is better to use
a VPS with 8 network queue assigned resources

or a LXC container where I can't set nothing?

Hi,
there is no general answer to this question.
In general, however, LXC has less overhead when it comes to I/O.

The queue throughput is more big for an lxc or for a vps where this value can be set? On a lxc I can’t set nothing... and therefore the uncertain is about this aspect... and if yes, where i can verify this settings in the host configuration?

As far I know there is no mq support for veth in Linux.
But if you have a nic with the virtual function [1]
you can pass a function[2] to this container and then you have the capability to use mq.
Alternatively, you could pass through a NIC[2].
